Script Writing

KITTYBOY Creations is versed in narrative, animation and commercial script writing. Our completed pieces include several award winners:

The feature length sock puppet film noir The Lady from Sockholm received an "Award of Excellence" (top 10 out of 1,500) from the prestigious Slamdance Screenplay Competition. The screenplay was also recognized as a Cinestory finalist (top 8 of 850) and a Paramount Pictures Chesterfield Writer's Film Project semi-finalist.

The finished film has played in dozens of film festivals around the world including screenings in Israel, Australia, Ireland and Canada, garnering several audience and jury awards. Own a copy on DVD!

The live action romantic comedy script Make Me a Match was a Paramount Pictures Chesterfield Writer's Film Project semi-finalist and won the 2004 Southeastern Media Award — one of the "Best Film Festival Prizes Awarded" per Chris Gore's Ultimate Film Festival Survival Guide.

Film and Video Production

Lynn’s background in coordinating major business initiatives served her well when she decided to take her words from script to screen and self-produce her first feature film, The Lady from Sockholm.

Shot on 16mm, Lynn acted as the film's sole producer, coordinating all areas of production including hiring cast and crew, securing vendors, budgeting and accounting. As head of the production company, Lynn led the creative process, working intimately with the set designer, puppet maker, editors and voice talent to achieve the finished product.
